What is Denmark all about anyway?

Denmark is a country no bigger than the size of Vermont or New Hampshire. It is surrounded by hundreds of little island and has been inhabited by the Gothic-Germanic people since prehistoric times. Danish is the primary language, but English is taught in all schools and the fluency of English is high around the country. The country is predominantly Evangelical Lutheran but several other Christian denominations are practiced, as well as other major religions.  Islam is now the second-largest religion in Denmark, with the number of Muslims in Denmark around 4% of the population. Denmark is a constitutional monarchy. The Queen being Margrethe II. Although her power lies in largely ceremonial functions her most significant formal power lies in her right to appoint the prime minister and cabinet ministers, who are responsible for overseeing the government.
